This is a very helpful program for planning short projects, it can be used for any type of project that has a fixed starting and ending date. This program is useful for projects that are more complicated than one or two days, so if you need to plan a longer project, I recommend that you use "Project Planning" instead of this program.
The first thing you need to do is to type the project's starting date, the ending date and a few more details. Next, you need to select one or more works, then you need to choose a work day and click "Calculate". You will be presented with the task's duration, the number of tasks, the critical path and the link between tasks.
